  Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent (close to Rome Termini, subway lines and many attractions; has a supermarket nearby). We picked this hotel originally for the price, we were more than pleased on arrival of the quality the hotel and location. The reception staff all spoke English which made our stay a lot easier. Even though there were one or two things I wasn't crazy about the location is good and it has a great little restaurant on one side and a market on the other.   It was absolutely a beautiful villa, beautiful spot on top of the hills of Florence, the walk down to the main area was awesome and not too long, staff excellant, room great. - Lovely quiet area, away from the noise and chaos of Central Rome.
