Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

Hotel owner is very hospitable and nice. I was pleasantly surprised that I was offered tea and biscuits. The room is clean and quiet. There are all necessary for life. My flight was in the evening and I was allowed to stay in the room until I need. I think I will come back there again -

The host was super friendly, the neigboorhood seemed good. Really close to subway and just 5-10 minutes walk to the colleseo and all that amazing staff.

The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great
especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice
and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken
care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around
the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked
run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome.
