This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. It is family run and they are very friendly and helpful even though our Italian is poor. Santa Maria Novella Station is close and major sights are within walking distance. Breakfast was good with choices of cereal, rolls, yoghurt and fruit. It was our favourite hotel and they had a dog.

It was fantastic! Newly and tastefully renovated, great location (close to Termini but not in an unsafe area), very comfortable, good buffet breakfast and pleasant surroundings. We loved everything! We had 3 rooms during our 2 day stay. Hotel staff was unbelievably helpful. They made our museum reservations, gave us detailed info about Florence, and even tried to get our rental car delivered to the hotel instead of the airport. The rooms were so perfectly Tuscan that I felt like I was on a movie set. Breakfast was fabulous

The hotel is in an extremely good location--easy access to the train station and restaurants. The staff were very helpful as described in other customer comments. The hotel and its rooms are extremely safe as they are behind several entrances and on the third floor (with an elevator). Single women travelers would love the security offered here.

Stayed here for three nights in September 2013. The B&B is located 5 minutes (walking) from the main train station in Florence. It is on the ground floor of a beautiful, traditional style building. The room was big, the bathroom spacious, and both were kept immaculately clean during our stay.
