  Everything about this hotel was excellent - it is both close to the train station and the city centre, with a range of restaurants nearby ( helpful when you arrive at 22.00 !).   Hotel staff extrememly friendly, the receptionist was patient and happy for us to practice our Italian when speaking to her. When we couldn't get our tv switched on, this was fixed immediately. Our huge room was on the second floor and while the room was basic, it had a modernised style and was lovely and clean.
