  The hotel is about 4 minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient and there are restaurant nearby. In all the hotels we stayed this month, I have to say this is the most comfortable one and the staff is really nice and kind. We left in the early morning before the breakfast being served, but the staff member has prepared cake, yogh... what people say » urt, water and cookie for us five which is so sweet. - This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. It is family run and they are very friendly and helpful even though our Italian is poor. Santa Maria Novella Station is close and major sights are within walking distance. Breakfast was good with choices of cereal, rolls, yoghurt and fruit. It was our favourite hotel and they had a dog.

  Actually , I came to hotel Fiorita , but they seemed to have overbooked- so they gave me a better room with aircon and private bathroom for thesame price at the hotel "Desiree" on the floor below (same adress) .....I think they behaved very responsible and recommendable by giving me abetter room for the same price .... and they still allowed me to ... what people say » useinternet at Fiorita if I needed it .... - Very nice staff, friendly, helpful and flexible. I was allowed to checkin 2 hours prior the check in time, so I was free to start my city tour.The room and bathroom was really very clean. Cozy and nice decorated halls.

The hotel and its rooms are extremely safe as they are behind several entrances and on the third floor (with an elevator).
