Helpful and welcoming staff, very good value for money in a city that
can be very expensive. Being a little out of the centre has its
advantages - you can see something of the everyday Rome that isn't
crowded with tourists, and Garbatella is a pleasant area with some
decent restaurants, gelaterias, etc.

The hotel was clean and I particularly liked the bathroom with heated
towel bars. The staff were very friendly. We only talked to them in
Italian, so I'm not sure if they can serve tourists in English. They
answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets
for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board).
Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast-style, but ingredients
were fresh.

We stayed in this hotel with my wife for three nights. It's somewhat further from the center and good 15-minute walk from the metro but we enjoy walking and didn't find this annoying. The hotel deserves its three stars, we loved being there. Rooms are ok size, spacious bathrooms. Clean, tidy and no drainage problems as there were in other hotels.

I 've known the hotel for the last 10 years. This is an old
classical furnished hotel but well maintain. Breakfast improved in
quality and variety but the fruit juice. The internet access too. I like
the garden with free parking access. Good location with a car as few
minutes away from the center and easy to exit from the Tuscolana
(Naples, Ciampino) or Marco Polo (eur, Pomezia, Fiumicino). Price can be
very competive and attractive

Location. Easy access to the Metro. Only two stops to the Colliseum. Room was clean and tidy. I stayed one night in a hotel in Ciampino, as my flight arrived at 20.30 and i wasnt sure how easy it would be to get to this hotel. Actually trains from Ciampino are regular and cost only 1.35 Euro, so in future I would probably go direct. - the price

First off, the staff is just amazing. They help you out whenever they can and just go out of their way in doing so. The rooms are a bit smaller than what we've seen in other cities, but they are great-looking and very comfortable. We just didn't feel like getting out of bed. I came with my own car to hotel Tre Fontana. The hotel is easy to reach from the GRA using the Cristoffer Colombo and Via Laurentina. I could park te car safe in a spacious underground garage.
