She was so wonderful to us! We arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, we had planned to just drop our bags and come back later. She said since our room was not ready (I didn't expect it to be) that we could have a different, larger room. It was a wonderful surprise! It seems that every where we had stayed prior was a little small and cramped, but this room was so huge and spacious, it felt great to be able to stretch out and breathe!   This was a pleasant surprise. Well-chosen modern interior and art made this feel like a luxury accomodation, yet quite affordable for a family of four. Walking distance to city center and despite located next to busy road, it was not noisy at all at night. Friendly and helpful owner (Mario) and staff made us feel welcome. Decent breakfast to start... what people say » the day. Highly recommended for brief visits to Florence. - Mario (the owner) is very nice and helpful! The B&B is around 12 minutes walk from train station, the room is clean, quite, comfortable and well designed. The breakfast is rich & delicious, capuchino made by Mario is perfect! Rubina will be my first choice if I visit Florence again, and I will recommend it to my friends.

  The room was fantastic, Clean, comfortable and very large. The bathroom was also very nice, well furnished with an excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival they provided us with a map and directions to the center of the city. The Breakfast which consisted of cakes, fruit, yogurt etc.. was excellent.
