  The staff was incredible!!! everyone was so kind and accommodating. you could tell they loved florence and were very happy to share with you suggestions, tips, and itineraries. By far my favorite experience in Italy!!! Beautiful room and very very clean. I felt safe and in the heart of everything… i look forward to going back and staying here agai... what people say » n!! I am join g to bring my friends and have only spoken good things about this place! - The staff were very friendly and helpful! In most cases when I've asked a hotel for a double bed when we've arrived we got a different room; this is the first hotel in a long time where we had the double bed we asked for! The location is fantastic and you can hardly hear the noise on the street.

  We liked everything about the Hotel Pendini. The location was excellent, right in the centre of Florence, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room on the second floor was fabulous, it was really spacious with a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom, all very tastefully decorated. My only very minor criticism was there was no mirror in th... what people say » e bedroom. Would definitely stay there again. - We were travelling with 3 children under 6. Our room was a new 2 room family suite also designed to accommodate disabled persons and located on the second floor. Unfortunately it did not have a view of the square but the rooms facilities and comfortable size made up for this. The staff were friendly and helpful. An excellent stay. Highly recommended.
