The location of the hotel is perfect, within a walking distance to all sights. There were many cafés and restaurants right at the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room( and everything) was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Italian decor of the hotel, but the furniture of the rooms was really essential.

Central location. We could walk to all the sites. Apartment was large and well equipped. It was a relatively easy walk from the station with luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful - at the desk 24 hrs a day. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and saw all of the main Florence sites. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby.

This is a lovely hotel in the historic centre of Florence.
It is only a five minute trundle
- with suitcase - from the main railway station.
The staff were very polite and helpful.
There was plenty of choice when it came to breakfast time. I had a nice, clean room overlooking the bustling piazza and the Medici chapels. The (double) double-glazed windows shut out any traffic noise overnight.
I would definitely recommend it.

Despite on the fact the hotel is on the seconf floor and you have to carry your luggage with no lift, dear Paolo can see you with an intercom and is ready to help you.
