We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! They have a small but fantastic spa downstairs - The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence

  Everything, especially location, quality of room, clean, hotel staff - The hotel had a luxorious but homely feel to it. The staff were exceptional. They were very helpful and friendly.

  We stayed at Villa Cora in July which was a pretty hot season in Florence. And Villa Cora has an amazing pool area which is a huge advantage among the best hotels in Florence. One of the best hotels we have ever been. And believe - The weekend spent at Hotel Villa Cora was a great experience. The beauty of the building, the attention to details and privacy you get are good reasons to go back. The services, professionalism and kindness of the staff was something we also enjoyed. The hotel is close enough to the center (if you are not used to always be in the car) and they also offer a shuttle which we took on the way back in the evening. Great stay in a beautiful place.

  We found all the services good but particularly the restaurant staff and especially a waiter named 'Stefano' whose standard of service was outstanding and flawless.
