  Sonya was a delight as she spoke English well and was always available to answer any questions and ensure that our accomodation was what we had expected. The restaurant attached was fabulous and breakfast was delicious with homemade delights - good value. - Breakfast was very good (except not any vegetables was), you must try tiramisu!   The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again.   The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio.
