  Everything was perfect. Stefano was waiting for us at the corner of the street although we arrived a bit late. He gave us some directions and advices to visit the city. The breakfast was served between 8h and 8h30 as planned, it was very nice presented with a lot of thing to eat and was different everyday (pastries were changing, ham, cheese, egg... what people say » s...). Our room was very quite and very clean ! Another point is that the hotel is perfectly located in Roma : 5 minutes walk from Vatican or plaza - Stefano was wonderful. Answered all our questions and printed our train tickets. Breakfast in the room at any hour..pastries, meats and cheeses.... He even walked us to the bus stop so we would know where we were going. Called the cab and helped with the luggage. The quaint old elevator was a great experience. Location was the best to all activities. Very clean and safe!

  Our room was spacious with modern furniture and a nice modern bathroom with a good shower. We looked on to an interior courtyard, so it was very quiet. The guesthouse is situated in a square where we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings and it is a minute's walk from the metro stop Re di Roma. The owner was very friendly and the people in the bar r... what people say » ound the corner where we had breakfast with a voucher from the guesthouse were also very nice. - It's really convenient only 1-2 min and you are at the underground station Piazzo Re Di Roma, so easily you can reach any other part of the city. Clean room and very nice owner! The windows goes to the side of yeard so it was quiet even you may listen birds singing at the trees.

  The choice to book the Town House for our stay in Rome was the best we could do. Antonella was a great hostess and gave us a lot of insider-information you would not find in a guide. The district where the Town House lays, is a silent part of Rome with nice restaurants round the corner. The room was absolutely tidy, you would not find the tiniest dust particle somewhere, the bed very comfortable, the atmosphere - Antonella is an wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay in Rome was a pleasant one. She has a wealth of local knowledge that she is happy to share with you and genuinely wishes her guests to make the most of their stay in Rome. The room we had was clean, comfortable and has a private bathroom just across the hall. Al 138 Townhouse is a short walk from Trastevere a suburb of Rome that boasts many restaurants and bars to try.   The apartment was very central in a lovely area with lots of shops and restaurants.Elena who met us was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and big and comfortable. I would stay there again. Thank you Elena Mary - Location was good & close to historical attractions.
