  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

The room was very stylish, modern and clean. And even though Hip Suites is right in the heart of Trastevere - a lively area of restaurants and cafe/bars - the... what people say » double glazing meant we got a great night's sleep every night (don't worry, there's air con too). - Staff were excellent - we were there for a concert and they even arranged a private car at a very reasonable rate, to bring us to the Stadio Olympico. Breakfast vouchers came as part of the package for the cafe down the road which wasn't spectacular but nonetheless welcome each morning for a juice, coffee and pastry. The location is perfectly placed for all the nightlife and restaurants of Trastevere.

  The hotel is located in the centre of Rome, we could not have chosen a better location. When I booked the Hotel we were sent a personal email welcoming us to the Hotel. We had the room with the rain shower and the circular bed. Spagna - It's amazing hotel! Specially 3d floor "Forest"! Even in hall you could understand that this hotel is right place for stay in Rom. We have booked Doubleroom Deluxe but hotel upgraded room till Junior suite without extra money! Suite has moved bed and jakuzzi like small pool! Hotel is only few minuts from Piazza Spagna, underground, shopping street, restaurants, Fontaine de Trevi etc. Personal is very friendly! We will be back one (or more) times for sure!

  Excellently placed to see all the attractions of rome. claudia & cornelio could not have been better hosts. rooms were of a very high standard and were cleaned daily. lovely bathrooms with all the finishing touches. if you go on the website of accomodation delia b&b and follow their directions to the hotel you should not have any trouble finding it... what people say » . i would thoroughly recommend it! - it's a combination between BandB and Hotel for its services , having also a very nice and cheap restaurant La Famiglia downstairs , where i also take my first dinner because my flight land in Rome in the late afternoon and so i find my way to the BandB at 10pm.I'm a traveller and i can assure you that i really stayed there better then into a 3stars Hotel.People reallly hospitable .

  This hotel was amazing - way more than we expected for that price. Our triple room was very clean, nicely fitted, had all the facilities - air conditioner, private bathroom, hairdryer, safe, television, etc. We had a little kitchen in the hall and could put our drinks there to stay cool.
