This hotel is one I could not recommend more highly. Centrally located, old-world charm, clean, comfortable & quiet. The staff were more than helpful, spoke English well & went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience. All of the attractions were within easy walking distance, there are great restaurants, bars and shopping close-by

We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Venice. - We stayed in one of the Palazzo Rosa's one bedroom apartments and found it to be perfect for our stay in Venice. The directions from the website made it easy to find the hotel (even at 9:00 pm in the dark) and the clerk at check-in walked us to the apartment to make sure that everything was OK. The Palazzo Rosa is in a wonderful location near the Ca D'Oro and just a quick walk to the Rialto area

The service from Daniel, tge manager, was the best experience in a lifetime of travel. He treated us like family.
The balcony overlooking the gondolas was classic. I highly recommend this and consider the price to be a great value in the context of an expensive city.

Breakfast and only 2 or 3 m walking to San Marco - The hotel was charming, bright and full of character. We stayed in the Junior Suite which had a jacuzzi, a reasonably priced mini-bar, a flat screen TV and the room was decorated in a quintessentially Italian manner. Staff, cleanliness, proximity to shopping streets and Piazzale Rome. Walking took some 20 mins odd with heavy luggage. Though in the interior streets the location is just very good for budget travellers. Especially this guy called Harry at the reception was too helpful. He picked us up from the streets when we were lost in venice at late midnight

Great location. Quiet yet so close to main area. Easy to get to with instructions initially. Can walk to Rialto, Station and San Marco. Lots of ristorante nearby. Our room was very comfortable & shared bathroom was clean with great water pressure! We could also leave our bags on last day after check out & come back for them. Really appreciated this

Davide was very helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. Everyone else there was also very pleasant. A very quiet place, especially for the great location between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed quite comfy. time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train
