1. The staff. Nice and friendly. Although not all can speak good English, but they try their best to help. Quick response to my emails. They provided directions to the centre.
2. The breakfast. Not much choices (2 rolls, jam, butter, cheese, 1 croissant, tea/coffee/hot chocolate) but it was OK and quick. The table setting is lovely though.

This hotel is one I could not recommend more highly. Centrally located, old-world charm, clean, comfortable & quiet. The staff were more than helpful, spoke English well & went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience. My family stayed here for i night and enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful giving us advice where to eat, shop and visit the landmarks. Having a very good location and close to everything, we enjoy our walks and shopping.
By the way, i loved the kitchen and the bathroom, i felt i was just home in canada. We would positively come back and stay again in our next vacation.
