  The Hotel was just about perfect, from the location, 20Metres or so off the main drag to our room being very quiet, the room was large and spacious , with a free fridge and small safe (again free of charge ) big enough for a small lap top. The bed was very, very comfortable (subjective I know ) with good quality linen and pillows plus spares. Also... what people say » supplied was a towelling robe and toiletries. Breakfast was as good as any I have had in Italy and better than most, so no complaints there. All in a - The Hotel Cavour was perfect for staying in Bologna. Only five minutes walk from the centre and ten minutes to the station. It was exceptionally clean, the staff were helpful and the breakfast each day was amazing - cereals, ham, cheese, pastries, juices, tea, coffee etc etc. Room was large with air conditioning and the bathroom was fine. Would stay there again.

  I thought the location of the room was excellent. I loved that it took advantage ofr the canal. I felt that in in-house internet was soooo convenient and a reasonable price. - Fantastic location. We had a big room, overlooking the canal, very clean. Nice breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anybody.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke enough English to make up for my poor Italian. They were able to recommend excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel was spotless, quiet and very charming. It was also conveniently located only a few blocks from the train station.   Wonderful hotel - so cute and quaint. Loved everything about it...the walk to my room through the garden and breakfast veranda, the view from my room. The staff was great - they even brought me to my room and carried my luggage. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent - many choices.
