  This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   Lovely hotel...GREAT Location, Staff and Value!!! This hotel is evenbetter than other 4 star hotels in Rome! Simply the greatest valuefor money! - The hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice and the rooms were large, clean, with good furniture and were very comfortable.

  The room was clean and the staff were nice. Location is very good - being close to Termini, you have access to the metro and buses that will get you anywhere in Rome. - Location is the first thing to have in mind, just accross termini station... Ms. Conccetta was an excelent and kind host.

  The staff, in particular Gabriella was excellent. The room and amenitieswas excellent - very close to a 5 star! The buffet breakfast was goodand the tranquility of the area.
