  You couldn't get a better location than this apartment. It was one street from The Trevi Fountain and all the restaurants, but not on the main square, so nice and quiet. It was walking distance to most of Rome's attractions. Anna checked us in, and she was great. The apartment was very clean, spacious and fully equiped of all amenities you can think off. Anna who was there to welcome us was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The best among the 6 other apartments around Europe we stayed during this family holiday.

  Location - the hotel is across the road from the Palatine Hill (however entrance is on the other side) - we had a great room view of it and it certainly gave you a sense of the history unique to Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a great size and very comfortable (beds we hard if you like that). - We checked in early (... what people say » 1100) and the staff was very accomodating. Room was good size and very clean. Great room rate in January. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Our initial room was a bit noisy from traffic but they moved us with no problem. Breakfast was exceptional, varied menu selection. Highly recommended!

Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi).   We were celebrating our recent engagement and i had informed the hotel when booking that this was a "romantic" occasion (as i had not yet proposed when booking the hotel).
