  Brand new hotel, very well designed, and with a great atmosphere. Staff was really warm and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and with a nice variety of options, accompanied by excellent coffee. All in all- great hotel for a reasonable price. - The hotel is really smart, and not only in the name :) Everything is built to make your stay comfortable: good soundproof windows to sleep well, personal airco and wifi (individual hotspot per room!), very good equiped bathroom, comfy bed! Breakfast is also very nice: tasty omlet, crispy bacon, fresh salads, yoghurts and homemade cakes and pastry. Stayed in 10+ hotels in Rome, and this one is definitely a good value for money.
