  The hotel is lovely and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was a terrfic buffet with excellent service. The location is absolutely amazing, a few minutes walk to everything you want to see in Florence. The rooms were beautifully appointed with great bathrooms and toiletries. - Perfect design, great location, very good stuff!   My partner and I stayed here in August for 2 nights. We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! Could not want a better location just minutes from Ponte Vecchio on the quieter side of the river. They have a small but fantastic spa downstairs - The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence
