The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. We enjoyed ending out day up at the roof top bar.
... what people say » This hotel is very close to all attactions. We never needed a taxi once we arrived. The hotel staff had great recommendations for places to see to -
i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient. Also it was very convenient to what I wanted to visit. I like music on the street and there was some nearby at night. joani

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was! We were "upgraded" to the Waldorf Suites next door and it was amazing! Apparently, this hotel acts as central booking for 4 hotels that are all next door to each other. The location was great. ... what people say » would definately stay there again!!! - The location was teh biggest factor for us. I had stayed there before, so I knew it was walking distance to all the major sites. The fact that is is just across the street from the train station was perfect for us because we took a train into and out of Florence, so the hotel could not have been more convenient for dealing with heavy suitcases.

All of the above and the view from our suite - Our room was very spacious with views of the Arno and the bathroom was lovely with two sinks. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Excellent! Very friendly and professional staff. My room was exactly what I required for this trip - private, modern minimalist, stylish, comfortable accommodation. The location, for me, was good too - about 10 mins by bus/20 mins on foot to the centre. - Very nice room! Service and personnell was great.
