We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. We got the room with a backyard view which was relatively quiet. I can imagine the street view rooms can be quite noisy. Betta was extreamely warm and a perfect hostess. She made sure all of us, especially our kids, felt at home. The room given to us was amazing, probably the best room of our trip. With a very high ceiling and a huge bed, the room was really enormous, with a fridge, and a tea kettle in the room, we were literelly at home. we stayed 3nights in Florence and were really happy with our choice for accommodation.
The staff was really friendly,and even suggested and booked us a one-day to Siena/San Giminiano, that we really enjoyed! The room was big and with nice furniture,clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working perfectly ! Also there was also a kettle and some coffee/tea available.
Overall, would recommend.
