Ricarrdo was very friendly and full of information. We stayed in the
apartment that is at a different location then the hotel. The apartment
is in the basement of an apartment building but since we were only there
really to sleep and eat a few meals that was ok. Opening the windows let
in more light but it was very noisy since it is on a fairly busy street.
It suited our purposes as being close to the metro and grocery and being

I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! I stayed for only one night, between flights. The B&B is very close to Tuscolana train station, from where trains to Fiumicino Airport arrive/depart every 15 minutes. Also close to Re di Roma metro, from where one can easily reach any part of Rome. The room was large and clean. The owners were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here! Samir is a lovely host, the location is great (there's a bus stop right outside and is about a 10 min walk to a Metro stop). Samir prepares a nice breakfast each morning with delicious coffee too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zama B&B to anyone for their stay in Rome and would love to come back one day.

Vittorio was a very sweet and friendly host. He lives upstairs so we texted him whenever we needed anything. Our room was enormous, with loads of useful furniture. Free coffee was lovely, wifi great. Having a child with us, it was really handy having access to a kitchen. -

Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.
