absolutely beautiful with 10 thermal pools and ocean swimming.
we upgraded to sea view room and were given a one room cottage with lawn and patio table. I did hydro therapy for six days - a wonderful experience just floating in pool and an outstanding physical therapist. I think the upgraded rooms were much nicer but 40E more per night. Really miss Ichica relaxing and beautiful

Superb customer service, taxi's booked for us, a round island tour arranged, found English speaking driver although we were only English in hotel. Great warm pool, good quality food. Free wifi in lobby. Great location right by the sea, a few mins to good cafes and ice cream! free safe etc. Free entry to good quality terme. Exceeded my expectations.
