  This is a great hotel in a great location--a real gem. From what I can tell, all the rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea and the view is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the meals were simple but very good. I can't think of anything negative about Hotel Vittorio, but would stress that it's at the far end of a fair... what people say » ly long stretch of beach.   Wonderful place to stay, quiet, beautifil and relaxing. 1) Good location, close to a bus stop, beaches and villages (10 min walk) and St Angelo is the most beautiful place on the island.   Well situated, a lovely 15 min walk into town. Beach 8 mins down the hill. Clean, simple, effective. We hired a car (40E pd) to explore the island. Perfect size to do that. - Friendly and helpful reception staff, handy for beach and town by foot - albeit a 20 minute walk is good for us.

  Lovely view of sea from room. balcony you could eat out on, hot, powerful shower, Staff very helpful. Given hotel is on the side of a hill the hotel runs a regular minibus service to/from Forio town center, hotel has its own thermal bath - Everything was excelent! But you should remember - it's high on the hill.
