  The staff, including Domenico, his wife, and his son Jakob, were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The ladies at reception as well as Giro, the bar tender were really friendly and always keen to help out. The staff were quick to get hold of ski instructors and the arran... what people say » gements around the skiing was just spot-on. Well done to a great team! - We received very nice and professional massages and our 2 yo loved the indoor swimming pools.
