  Almost everything, a little bit expensive than I thought, until we weretransfered to and another hotel because of a strike in the train, busesand metro. Then I understood the price was good. And the hostess on thePalace spoke swedish!! Jolly good!! (My Italian is poor) Service wasexcellent at the hotel, I got a lot of tips what to do during my stay... what people say » .My hat of for the staff !! - Reception desk personnel, maid staff and dining room staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great;size, views and always clean. The town was great, can't wait to visit again. The bike service at the hotel was a very good way to get around town.
