Vittorio and Chen the owners were fant - Marvelous location in the heart of Cagliari, near the main street (Via Roma) in charming Marina district. The bus stop to poetto beach is in a few steps from hotel, plenty of restaurants around (L'oca bianca with it's incredible pizza :) Very friendly and kind owners - Vittorio and Chen.

  Nice Hotel for the money. A bit of '90 style, but very decent and clean. Italian breakfast, but there was some ham, salami and cheese too and that’s a plus.   Very modern and clean - the rooms are recently renovated. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom was perfect. The place is located close to the city centre. Supermarket and cafes are within a few minutes walk. It is about 10-15 mins walking from the bus/train station. Also a computer for the common use is available as well as some vending machines. Breakfast is typical I - Very well centrally located, very friendly reception of one of the owners, very clean well designed rooms, sufficient Italian breakfast in a nearby café. Lewis rooms is the only place I could find where you can stay in the centre of Cagliari and also park your car nearby in a private (safe) car park for only 8 Euro per day, a price which is for a few hours in many European cities. We thought it was rather easy to find. All the way straight on to a roundabout and then you're almost there!

  Very friendly and helpfull staff, nice beach and fantastic sea viev. The photos of the hotell are 100% realistic. Excellent restorant, we liked it more, than any in the city. - The hotel is located in a very quiet place of Calgiari. It's on a very beautyful beach and the view from the romm was awesome. The staff is nice. The terrace is wonderful.

  We strongly recommend this small hotel, especially if you like individual atmospher and friendly staff in a great location. We had the Maria Cristina suite, which is really nice and comfortable. He gave us two really good recommendations for lunch and dinner, and explained us how to reach the beach, which is really easy by public transporta - We booked a junior suite at The Place, on arrival, we were met by Luca. He was very friendly and helpful giving us restaurant recommendations and describing the different areas of the city. Our suite was gorgeous, very spacious and beautifully furnished. The breakfast is very good quality and plentiful. I couldn't recommend The Place highly enough, it's in a great location for exploring the city

  Great location! Very nice owners and the room was lovely and comfortable. It is on a quiet little pedestrian street with very cool graffiti. You wouldn't know it was a B&B but when you open the door it's this little haven. It is just off of a main road and park area with secure and cheap parking so very convenient if you have a car (still qu... what people say » iet though). It was also very short walking distance to the best city center attractions, the Bastion St Remy, shopping, restaurants, marina area. T - Very good location if you want to sightsee the old town its, just few minutes from the main gate. If you have huge luggage you should know that it's some distance from the train/bus station and it's in fact on the hill. The owner was very helpful despite he don't speak english at all. Breakfast very nice (typically italian) in cafe located 2 minutes walk from bb.

  Really nice place in a great location, so close to all atraction of Cagliari, old town and train station. Room was clean and spacious.
