  The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio. The dinner that we ate at the restaurant was excellent with wonderful service. - The hotel location... what people say » was perfect and the hotel and restaurant extremely pretty and in a beautiful setting. We loved Bergamo and Il Gourmet contributed to the total enjoyment of our stay in that wonderful city.

  The friendliest receptionist we have ever met - very very helpful. Breakfast was good but with a small variety. The Wi-fi signal was very good. Free parking across the street or underground parking available but no access between 10:00pm and 7:00am to the parking lot. - shower, location and breakfast are just great :)
