  Sonya was a delight as she spoke English well and was always available to answer any questions and ensure that our accomodation was what we had expected.   The room was spotless and all fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. The breakfast was continental self service buffet style with plenty of choice. We stayed only one night on our way to Lake Garda but would stay again if we return via Bergamo airport - I love the room, it was very big and comfortable.
