  I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!! Had a brilliant stay!! - The location regarding city centre, the old town plus enough parking ... what people say » places right outside the entrance. Remarkably quiet despite the location. The restaurant on level eight was excellent - the food, the wine and, not least, the view!

  The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again.   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... what people say » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  We have stayed in Agriturismo establishments twice now, and it is a fantastic concept - cross between B+B and a full-on hotel, situated in beautiful surroundings all with a Mama Mia touch. The food, prepared mainly from local ingredients - a Agriturismo requirement - is to die for, and the view fantastic. - My first comment on any hotel I've stay... what people say » ed and I cannot resist giving it A+++ ! The Owners and staff made me feel I'm at home with their warmth and sincerity. My only 'concern' is that after this comment, I may have a problem booking it again ... cos many will flock to this place :) Lloyd, Singapore

  The room was spotless and all fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. The breakfast was continental self service buffet style with plenty of choice. We stayed only one night on our way to Lake Garda but would stay again if we return via Bergamo airport - I love the room, it was very big and comfortable.
