  The hotel suited us as we were visiting friends in avellino. The town centre was a 10 minute walk. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and friendly. The waiters were really nice and couldn't do enough for you.we were upgraded on arrival to a massive room at no extra expense. We couldn't fault the hotel in any area and I believe as a seasoned traveller my wife and I have never stayed in a hotel as good as this. We have s - The staff was the best we have encountered on our European trip. Rosella and Sonia went out of their ways to make us comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning of our stay to the end of our stay. The easy walk to old center and lots of restaurants could be done in less than 20 mins along a beautiful tree lined street. The breakfast buffet was the largest display of food that we have encountered and tasted great. But the customer service was the best!!

  Spent two weeks travelling Southern Italy and this hotel was one of the best that I staid in. Nice rooms and also the service was without doubts the best I saw in Italy. Staff was most helpful and did their best to make us feel very comfortable. Also they serv a very good breakfast. In spite of all that they were extremely helpdful. We communicated using an online translater and that worked. Place and brand new and emaculate. The views are wonderful. It helped to have a GPS to find the place.
