  proximity to the bus stop of the direct bus from the train station - Locations was excellent even though it was just outside the walls. Parking was key! Loved that I didn't have to drive the narrow streets with all the pedestrian traffic. Breakfast was good and fresh. Coffee was excellent!

Massimo and family again great hosts. Il Roseto has great charm and character, with a view of Assisi from the dining room that cannot be matched. La Signora is sensational (93 yrs of age) and still in everthing. Thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Assisi and is just 12 minutes walking distance away.

The bed was one of the best I've ever slept on; staff were helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant was out of this world wonderful!   Rita was attentive before we even arrived. She advised us of parking (which is in a secure public lot a ways from the B&B) and offered help with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that she had upgraded us to a spacious "suite" complete with a nicely equipped, small kitchen (in which we prepared a dinner of local specialtie... what people say » s!). The apartment was simply charming; some stone walls, lovely furnishings, wonderful bathroom with chic, modern appliances; and, many large, double - Very central. Good security staff while only on site for breakfast went out of their way to help us including picking us up from ports nova bus depot and taking us up the hill in their car which was appreciated by New Zealand travellers who had been travelling over 25 hours to get to this first port of stay. The bed was very comfortable so comfortable we were able to come back to property for a nap before dinner and that was only a few steps very reasonable pizza and restaurant. Cannot say enou

The hotel is centrally located and all the key parts of Assisi were within easy walking distance. - I had everything I need in my room and nice breakfast included! The room was always clean.
