  Lovely staff. Especially the waiter guy who was always there. Decent breakfast. Really nice Neapolitan restaurant nearby. Also a nice wine bar close. The beach was clean and good for the children.   Owner was very nice and helpful. Hotel was located 800m from the train station and easy to walk to but it was rather hard on the pull along suite case as the pavement was rough and uneven. I broke off one wheel before and had to buy an expensive replacement suite case in Stockholm.   The staff was excellent! They arranged a very good breakfast for me on the terrace and helped me arrange taxi when I needed one. They don't speak much english, but we made it work anyways. I slept with balcony door open and it was quiet and peaceful during the night. Clean rooms, clean bathroom, nice balcony, very comfortable bed and pillow! Very nice owner who can help you in case of troubles. The breakfast is an italian style sweet breakfast, very tasty and good enough.   the staff were most helpful and very friendly. the hotel and location was perfect for what i wanted for the vacation. i would not recommend Anzio for pedestrian tourists,due to lack of public transport,but my stay in casa vacance elliante was superb. - Couldn't fault the apartment.
