  Was welcomed to this hotel as if a distant relation staying with their family, the Piras family. Delightful bijou hotel close to shore and short walk along coast to town of Alghero. I loved my stay here, and felt very relaxed. I was trusted with Hotel keys, and could let myself in late if I chose. It was sparkling clean, and large bedroom. The rooms and hotel in general was very tidy and clean and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was as stated (continental), however it did have a good selection of choices and filled of up until mid-afternoon. Overall, was a lovely place to stay and my partner and I would go back there if we ever were in Alghero again.

  this is a lovely quiet getaway hotel. Close enough to Alghero town (local bus or taxi) but quiet enough to be very relaxing. For our first few days we had one of only 3 rooms in use - lovely.   The location is very good, few minutes away by walk to the city center and restaurants. Next to the Butterfly accommodation there is a free big car park, where we used to park our car. The staff were very kind and helpful, gave us all information about the city, beaches and restaurants. Room was very nice, comfortable and safe. Just around the corner there was a cafeteria where we used to have breakfast. - The rooms look exactly like on the pictures, warm and cosy room and really modern furniture and bathroom.   We stayed at B&B Sardegna Sole e mare for 1 night. We were met by very friendly staff who did whatever they could to help us during our stay in Alghero. For example they helped us calling a restaurant to book table for dinner.   Well equipped and furnished spotlessly clean room in a secure and secluded environment just on the outskirts of Alghero. As well as a full size fridge in the room there was also a patio table and chairs to sit out in the beautiful surroundings of the working olive grove in which the accomodation is sited. Also an airer outside for airing and drying... what people say » clothes and beach towels etc. An excellent find! - The breakfasts were excellent and the location was very peaceful although it was further from restaurants than we had realised. The hotel has obviously taken notice of previous complaints about it not being clearly signed as there is now a large sign at the entrance which is well lit at night.
