  We stayed here only for one night in February and really this is the nicest place you can find in the area. (I can imagine during the summer time). Breakfast was typ - We loved the trio of women and their respective roles in the operation. The senior member is the mother, the chef exemplaire..Monica the souschef and handles the business end of the operation. Paolabeing the English speaker seems to do everything else. She is reception,importer of routes to take,coffee maker,waitress at dinner and apparently cleans the rooms. She is the hub..
