  The owners couldn't have been more wonderful. We were in Assisi at the time of Pope Francis' visit to that town. I needed to book a place to stay quickly, as I knew that everything would fill up, once the pope's itinerary was announced. After booking at this place I realized that it's actually on the outskirts of Assisi. I was a little worried abo... what people say » ut the location, but the owners ended up picking us up at the train station, bringing us in to town the next day, shuttling to/from a restaurant for d
