Hotel is located in the very nice and quiet area just about 3 min walk from the beach and few minutes drive from Grado center. The staff is very friendly and speak good English and very good German. Rooms are nice, quite good in size and very clean – cleaning done daily. Bathroom is not so big but still enough and there is a small balcony in each

Grado is a very nice place and the hotel is in one of the best locations, with view of the lagoon and yacht harbor, 2 minutes walk to the beach.
The room was spacious, clean with a large terrace, rooftop spa facilities.
I would recommend this hotel to families with small children. -
