  It's a bit tricky for me to comment on B&B La Casa Rosa Suite. When we arrived Eleana greeted us but told us that the B&B was full and that we would be staying in an apartment in the centre of Bergamo. The apartment was very nice with a small roof terrace on the 7th floor, overlooking the town and with a view to the old town. We arrived at night, the host Pierantonio was taking care of us, sent all directions details and met and greet us at the hotel.   I would have no hesitation recommending this B&B, after two days in Milan it was the ideal place to relax. Set in a beautiful location, with stunning views, the owner (who has excellent english) made us feel very at home and was very helpful. The swimming pool is a great bonus and would suit families and couples alike. Although it is possible ... what people say » to walk to local restaurants and amenities, I would recommend having a car to get around. We stayed for 2 nights but would happily have stayed longer. - The entire experience was excellent. Far exceeded our expectations. Great for a vistior to Italy and Milan area who wants to find a place to recharge. Very relaxing. Opportunity to experience Beragamo Alta while staying in a B&B that feels like a cosy inn. Pool is magnificent!!! Will go back several times.

  When staying at La Patirana you forget that you are at a hotel and feel like a guest of the family. The history is all around you in this house, and this is where you really understand how it is to be in Italy. Everything is well thought over and the owners really do care about you. I wish we had booked more tha - You are made to feel very welcome at La Patirana - the owners are really friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and very relaxing but take your mosquito repellent for the evening. Breakfast is superb and the small room is a perfectly adequate size with a comfortable bed. The village is very quiet but not too far from the airport and also quite well situated for a day trip to Lake Iseo and nearby Lake Endine.
