  We actually stayed at their sister hotel,Hotel Savoia, next door as Hotel Continental was under renovations. This was a 4-5 star hotel priced much lower. We will definitely stay there again. Everything was perfect and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. - Wonderful accommodations, a two-minute walk from the Stazione Principe (very welcome... what people say » after a long journey)

  The staff were really really great!!! They allowed us to store our bags with them for 3 days while we travelled to the Cinque Terre. They were really helpful in advising us things to do in Genoa and places to go for dinner (the rec for Soho was great! Probably the best meal we had!) It's a typical European room (i.e., small bedroom, small bathroom... what people say » ), but it had AC (which was necessary) and the hotel is in a great location, only a minute to Via Garibaldi and 5 or so mins to Piazza de Ferrari and - The hotel's central location in Genoa was its biggest benefit. Walking distance from the main train station, and very accessible to all that the old city of Genoa has to offer. Plenty of food options close by, as well as the funicular to the surrounding areas. The quirky retro feel of the hotel with original art was a pleasant surprise. It was extremely clean and all staff/owners very polite and helpful.

  We booked a sea view room and the view was spectacular. Room was verycomfortable and position of the hotel excellent. - Yes, nice to be close to beach, pool, and golf course. Very friendly staff, beautiful, my wife found a nice local girl for a threesome.

  Great looking hotel, big and comfy rooms, nice breakfast, very quality furniture in the hotel - Very clean, silent, good comfort, good services. Near the highway. I was not interested in visiting Genova, so I don't know how easy is reaching the downrown.
