  I was welcomed by a lovely brother and sister who ran the hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful.The room was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary facilites including aircon, fridge, hairdryer, wifi and elevator with safe card access.   The staff were excellent, Mario arranged all of our trips and walks around the city which meant that we were able to enjoy our trip more without having to worry. I would definitely stay - The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.

He gave us all the information and map of Rome that we needed to see and enjoy our stay.
