  It was wonderfully spacious. Very clean and obviously consistently well kept. The area was absolutely wonderful, literally beside the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag and the beautiful Unter den Linden with lovely cafe's and restaurants. The facilities in the apartment were great, I was surprised how big it was and how bright and comfortable it was. The kitchen had anything we wanted, the TV and Stereo were very handy, good to listen to music in the evening and keep a check on the news. The area was very quiet at night which was an added bonus.

  The the location of this hotel was amazing, Located halfway between Checkpoint Charlie and a remaining portion of the wall with a great exhibit. The hotel was new and very clean but I had a few problems which I will give in details on the next section but the hotel staff adjusted my bill to reflect these issues and were very courteous. The restaurant adjacent - The location of the hotel, which is right beside Check Point Charley, and represents a perfect starting point for an historical and cultural sightseeing! Moreover, the confort of the room: my wife and I had read several negative reports about a supposed "glass wall" in the room, between the toilette and the bedroom, but that turned out in-existent. Maybe the problem had been satisfactorily solved!

  Excellent location, within walking distance of many places of interest. Stasi exhibition, Topography of Terror, Checkpoint Charlie, all in the immediate vicinity. Can walk to Brandenburg Gate/Unter Den Linden which we did with 2 young children and kids Grandmother. Stadmitte U Bahn also very close. We only had breakfast on the last day in the hote... what people say » l which was nice, reasonable enough price of 10 euro. Rooms on the small side but we literally were out all day and were only looking for a place to p - Clean, comfy beds, quiet location but only minutes away from fantastic Christamas market at Gendarme Market. Good mix of clientel young, kids, mature, business etc. Checkpoint Charlie about 200yds away. Amazing chocolate shop around corner. Staff were friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, great choice. Healthy fruit and cereals to bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs.   i have absolutley no complaints at all, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, lots to choose from, not too far from some nice area of berlin, we will be staying here again, its great value for money and weve already talked about coming back - Very clean room, good helpful staff, excellent breakfast provided, good hot shower.
