During our stay in Berlin, we found the staff to be most welcoming and very helpful. Your hotel provided an excellent full breakfast to start off your day. We loved our time in Berlin and hope to return next year for a longer period of time. No doubt, we will be staying at the Express By Holiday Inn!. Location; breakfast; comfort of bedrooms- basic but with everything needed. Most staff were excellent in particular Johanne and Katrina... went out of their way to help us with directions and use of the metro.
