It was wonderfully spacious. Very clean and obviously consistently well kept. The area was absolutely wonderful, literally beside the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag and the beautiful Unter den Linden with lovely cafe's and restaurants. If you don't feel like cooking, try Dressler on Unter den Linden for breakfast. Wonderful place. Found everyone in Berlin very helpful. - Anonymous

I loved the apartment, it was so central to everything. The facilities in the apartment were great, I was surprised how big it was and how bright and comfortable it was. The kitchen had anything we wanted, the TV and Stereo were very handy, good to listen to music in the evening and keep a check on the news. Absolutely fabulous value for money, under e30 per person per nite, apartments huge, 2 double rooms, large kitchen, lounge room and bathroom and hall area was as big as another room, we were 4 girls so i was worried we would be falling over each other getting ready to go out but there was no fear of that happening in these apartments. - Nicola

It was very central and light and spacious. It would have been helpful to know that 2 of the rooms had twin beds and on a double bed in our flat. On another occasion when I was coming with a group we decided against it because we thought it was all double beds. In fact I know now, it would have been fine. - Veronica

Information about the area

Your holiday apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden boulevard, and historic Hotel Adlon. The government district and the Reichstag parliament building are also within comfortable reach. You can choose among a wide range of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops in the vicinity. The Unter den Linden S-Bahn (city rail) station is nearby, as is the stop served by bus 100 which passes most of Berlin's key sights.

Travelling information

By car: Exit the A100 city motorway at Kaiserdamm and follow the signs for Alexanderplatz. Drive past Ernst-Reuter-Platz and Siegessäule (Victory Column). Turn right in front of the Brandenburg Gate, then turn left immediately into the Behrenstraße. You will find the apartments’ Servicebüro (administrative office) at Behrenstraße 1b. By public transport: Take the S-Bahn (city rail) lines S1, S2, or S25 to the Unter den Linden stop. Alternatively, take the U-Bahn (underground) line U2 to Mohrenstraße, or line U6 to Französische Straße. You can also use bus lines 100, 200, or TXL (connecting you to Tegel Airport).
