  We arrived well before check-in with the intention of only dropping our bags until the advertised check-in time.. The guy on the front desk could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating.. He prepared freshly made (complimentary) espressos that we enjoyed in the lounge with delicious christmas cookies and chocolates until we decided ... what people say » what to do with our day. He helped us book a last-minute city tour and provided detailed information for the Christmas markets. While our room was be - The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german

  Easy to walk to from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof (about 20 mins walk). The room was clean and uncluttered in an appealing minimalist style.   The position was fantastic. S Bahn outside the door, yet only two blocks and you were over the ever at the first Museums . Trams outside the door also. Staff were more helpful and friendly than anywhere else, happy to make me a cup of tea late at night. Washing facilities, everything new, large room and bathroom. Plenty of lounge and outdoor court... what people say » yard area. Breakfast for 5.90€ excellent value and very comprehensive and nice. Matti was extra helpful as was a female staff member with great Englis - Great location for exploring berlin, easy walk to all major site's and metro right outside front door. Place was very clean, room was a good size, had a good bathroom, was quiet and was very cheap for quality of rooms. Building also had a kitchen available to use and also free washing machine and dryer which is very handy. It's a mix of dorms and private hotel rooms (which i had) and i would stay here again when in Berlin.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great right next to Fredrichstrasse Train Station. The hotel before check in and after you check out the hotel will look after your bags so you do not have to carry them about. - The room was very good and the staff very professional.

  It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.   This apartment was spacious, clean, bright and very centrally located. It was furnished to a very high standard and very comfortable. I would typically stay in another hotel close by when visiting Berlin but I would make Karlito Apartments my regular place to stay from now on.
