  Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Excellent breakfast with staff that catered to your wishes, i.e. eggs prepared to order. The hotel was so nice we wished we could have spent more time ... what people say » there if we hadn't done so much sightseeing! - Everything! I can't say enough terrific things about this property. I look forward to my next visit there and will recommend it to everyone I know travelling to Berlin.

  Berlin was beautiful and the trip was made better by the super friendlyand helpful staff. I was able to shower and stow my luggage prior togetting into the room because I arrived a bit early, the hotel wasexcellent in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness. The room had alavazza espresso machine, convenient internet access (both wireless andether... what people say » net).   We are really enjoyed this apartment during our three days stay in Berlin. Location was excellent for us (5 min. Walk from S-Bahn station). We were able to reach the city center in ca. 30 min. From the apartment. Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. They showed rooms, explained how to use stuff and etc. Rooms were very clean ... what people say » and well equipped with almost everything we needed for our stay, relax and cooking. I asked to enable a Wi-Fi internet beforehand (we payed separately - Everything written by previous visitors about this apartment is true. Clean, comfortable, roomy, in a quiet and safe place, 5-7 minutes walking time from an S-Bahn station, very welcoming persons meeting you on the day of arrival. Choosing this place to stay in Berlin was really lucky for us. A little hint for those who will use the famous "tricky shower": turn the water flow to maximum, and the temperature will not be so volatile (lesser water flow can result in the heater switching off).
