We are really enjoyed this apartment during our three days stay in Berlin. Location was excellent for us (5 min. Walk from S-Bahn station). We were able to reach the city center in ca. 30 min. From the apartment. Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. They showed rooms, explained how to use stuff and etc. Rooms were very clean and well equipped with almost everything we needed for our stay, relax and cooking. I asked to enable a Wi-Fi internet beforehand (we payed separately.

Clean, comfortable, roomy, in a quiet and safe place, 5-7 minutes walking time from an S-Bahn station, very welcoming persons meeting you on the day of arrival. Choosing this place to stay in Berlin was really lucky for us. A little hint for those who will use the famous "tricky shower": turn the water flow to maximum, and the temperature will not be so volatile (lesser water flow can result in the heater switching off). We have stayed in apartments 4 days. The host were very nice and pleasant people. I had an allergy issue (my fault- forget to ask non- allergic pillow), the owner was very kind and provide me a new non- allergic pillow the next day. Very easy to communicate (messages). The huge grocery Lido shop is 10 minutes walk. The Messe Berlin conference hall is 30 minutes walk. Absolutely excellent! the staff is very friendly. S-Bahn is very nearby. fully equipped kitchen. clean & comfortable. Kids appreciated some board games provided in the apartment. It was overall wonderful experience. Very friendly welcome by staff. It was practically impossible to set up the stable water temperature - it changed all the time from cold to hot all the time. Since this is what other reviewers complained as well, I think, it is time to fix this issue. Also, if you are too sensitive to the noise, the fridge and ventilation in the bath room seem a little bit noisy, but this is noticeable only in the night. Some problem with supply of hot water for showers. Shower very temperamental, wouldn't hold steady temperature. !0-15 mnts away from the Airport.
