Central location and close to public transportation. Very good breakfast - value for money - Twenty four hour reception which meant there was always someone to answer our questions. Facility to come and go as we pleased without restriction. Close proximity to tube.

I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.

Firstly, after we made our reservation, the owner of the b&b gave us a detailed instructions to get to the place which I find to be of most help. We rented the apartment and although the place was a bit cramped with the sofa bed laid out, it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very well equipped. very comfortable. In reality it is better than you may think when looking at photos. It was very clear when we arrived, and we had been very surprised that we found there everything we needed (like all the stuff in the kitchen and bathroom). Rooms are very fancy decorated. Location is perfect. U-bahn is just round the corner. -

The helpful staff and friendliness. They also spoke English very well. - The Alma Schlosshotel is an excellent hotel. It was to the standard I would expect of a 5* hotel and would stay there again.
