I loved my room. It was big, the beds were really comfortable and although the room looked a bit old, it was clean and I felt there like at home. The price was fantastic for it's Location we went to the Christmas Markets which was a lovley walk over the Rhine river (Bridge) about good 15-20 min casual stroll. And a fantastic Bakery near Hotel less 2min walk that you must try. Staff were very friendly and customer service as fantastic. We loved our stay at hotel. Expecially the Hotel was a place to sleep not to sit around in.

The hotel is very clean and located right next to the central train station. The staff is very friendly. The room is quite big. Reasonable price. I would stay there again. - There was a lot of variety in the breakfast every morning and the room was clean, if a little on the small side by American standards. I would stay here again.

The apartment's management office was very easy to find just steps from the main train station and the staff there was very friendly. The apartment itself is very spacious and on the ground floor so we didn't have to lug our bags up flights of stairs. It was within easy walking distance to the Dom and all the sights in the town square. We arrived 3 hours prior to check in time, yet as the Apartment was ready, we were allowed take up occupancy straight away.We had our own entrance to the swimming pool which we used every day. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful than they were. We were given assistance with our bags as there was no lift up to the Apartment.
