we were free to come and go when we liked,the location was great on the side of the river where all the sites and life was,also the staff were very helpful. Good location and very clean and newly refurbished room. 10 minutes walk from train station and Dome. Free wireless Internet in the room.It's right on the river bank which gives a very nice and fresh view and easy access to the main shopping area and museums.

Noise in the evening from outside,but it is not hotel foult. It didn't bother me, but the area is noisy at night. There is no internet connection, which might be awkward for a business trip.The main thing i did not like was going through the restraunt to get to the rooms. little awful for people eating,. No lift available, but for me not a real problem. I think for bigger persons the toilet and shower which were on the hallway are a bit small, I am a small person so it didn't bother me.Lugging my boat-anchor suitcase upstairs. had to change room because of insufficient insonorisation of the room close to the reception - no problem afterwards. Rooms are very basic and the sstreet outside gets noisy at around 6:30 in the morning. my room was facing a noisy bar street. It was noisy around 10 pmand 2 am.Party noise till 2am.No slepp until theparty stopped!!. Room too small, needs restoration.(1) Room was small and very noisy (I needed earplugs to sleep at night), plus it was a bit of a drag to have to go across the corridor to my little WC/shower room. (2) Shame they didn't have non-smoking room in the restaurant - but I think a smoking ban is about to take effect anyway. Can be very noisy if you have a room facing away from the river. The bathroom was quite small and you had to use a key each time you had to use it. the hotel definitely needs renovation- room,bathroom, the main stairs. The separate entrance for the hotel must be accessible all the time. This is very uncomfortable to pass all the time through the restaurant to access your room.No lift in the building so better suited to young people who can carryheavy luggage up very narrow stairwells. The garbage collection (readmachine that crushes glass bottles with a lot of noise as well ashydraulic pumps) at about 07h30 or 08h00 cutting short any sleep. Theis also a lot of street noise from revelers until the early hours ofthe morning. no cold water in the shower, only very hot.
